The Award will be given to insurance companies which will demonstrate an excellent level of customer care backed by clear standards: Speed of claim settlement, Ease of communicating with insurer, Transparency and ease of process and employee knowledge and professionalism
•Brief Description for Medical Service Providers:
The award will be given to a medical service provider that has taken initiatives to deliver improved patient experience centered around patient journey from start to finish (From getting an appointment to receiving healthcare)
Evaluation Criteria for Health Insurance Companies
The award will be given to health Insurance Company which will demonstrate:
•Speed of Claim Settlement: Turnaround time for claim settlement
•Proof of impact of customer care strategy on client retention levels and satisfaction
•That they have in place a transparent procedure together with efficient communication means (mobile app-based support, email and phone support) to assist customer with policy negotiations, claim processing and clarifications on premiums
Evaluation Criteria for Medical Service Providers
The award will be given to a medical service provider that has taken initiatives to deliver improved patient experience centered around patient journey from start to finish (From getting an appointment to receiving healthcare). The provider needs to demonstrate
•Uniqueness of the initiative
•Demonstrate evidence of the impact that the initiative had on the patient satisfaction Level
