The employer is obliged to pay the premiums on behalf of hired employees
and their dependents to the insurance company of choice for this purpose. The
employer shall be solely responsible for the payment of premiums that shall be
paid at the beginning of each insurance year unless otherwise agreed according
to Article no. (37) of the executive regulations of the cooperative health
insurance law.
