Accreditation of revenue cycle management companies


The company that wishes to obtain an accreditation for the activity of managing the revenue cycle shall first do the following:

1.Send a presentation about the company (profile) to the e-mail (Qualifying@cchi.gov.sa) containing at least the following points:

  • Introduction to the company
  • Introducing the company's senior management and their resumes.
  • Previous experiences and contracts in the revenue cycle management activity.
  • The company's electronic systems and its mechanism of action.
  • The company's goals and expansion plans.

2.Reviewing the offer by the Health Insurance Council team.

3.Setting a date for a meeting with the company's senior management to discuss the offer.

4.Responding to the applicant company within five working days with the observations and requirements to complete the accreditation.​
